One-on-one Sessions:

     Sessions are usually held face-to-face and in a one-on-one. However, I know that this is not always possible due to many variables. For this reason, I want to accommodate your needs, as my client, and will perform your sessions in whatever means necessary. I am able to do phone meetings, Facetime/Skype meetings/Facebook Messenger, etc. My goal is to be different than your ordinary/traditional "self-help" meetings so that you are comfortable. Our meetings should not feel forced or mundane; my clients find that they enjoy our meetings as trust is quickly built. 

 

I have various resources at my disposal, such as life maps and goal-setting materials that will be applied accordingly and tailored to meet each individual's needs. I am acutely aware that a style that works for one client may not work for the next.
